Had a great time. Plenty for a family gathering to do, games, water sports,just relaxing, a roomy house. We had 10 to our group and everyone enjoyed themselves.

It's a great house and being right on the river is wonderful.The damages deposit is a bit steep, but we should see that back at some point as we had no mishaps.

Very nice ambiance and very comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. We didn't use the kayaks or fish but enjoyed the location and the view. Very quiet (besides us) and plenty of accoutrements for the stay.

We enjoyed using the kayaks and the river view was nice but there is some traffic noise across the river all hours of the day and night. The property is probably 80 years old and downstairs was decent but the upstairs was kinda scary. There were lots of cobwebs inside and outside of the property and we just weren’t very comfortable there as a family with a younger kiddo. The stairs and decks were a bit scary. A baby gate and a couple of deck gates would go a long way. The pack and play provided was old and icky. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival. The property had lots of books, games and puzzles but we couldn’t get two of the TVs to work. We also had to pack in lots of bottled water as we couldn’t stomach the tap (we are also on a well at home but this water tasted salty). Sadly, we ended up checking out early to enjoy our creature comforts of home.
