**The space**
Fraser Crossing studio 3318 is beautifully decorated with chic mountain
contemporary furnishings. Enjoy the efficient kitchen to enjoy meals at home
and a cozy fireplace to snuggle up with a hot chocolate.
**The bedroom**
There is a king-size bed and full bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a
sofa sleeper in the living room.
During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or
bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet
throughout the building.
The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are steps away across Winter
Park Drive.
Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your
fingertips with these slopeside accommodations.
**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware,
the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and
hot tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent
via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day
of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is
located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned
parking.
