Our single storey home comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms, an ensuite, a large open plan living area flowing onto the outdoor entertaining area with a generous landscaped yard.

Stroll 10 minutes (1km) to the pristine waters & sands of Mollymook Beach or around Hilltop golf course.

Our home is well located, 5 mins from the cafe's and boutique shopping of Milton and 5 mins from the main shopping centre of Ulladulla.

Perfectly sized for up to 6 persons, with quality furnishings & all the comforts and amenities that a relaxing holiday demands.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES - ONLY COUPLES & FAMILIES ALLOWED.

ALSO NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS INSIDE.

This is our family home containing our personal possessions.

SLEEPING COMPRISES:
- Main bedroom, with en-suite & shower = 1 queen bed.
- Bedroom 2 = 1 single bed.
- Bedroom 3 = 1 single bed.
- Bedroom 4 = 2 single beds.
3 bedrooms share a separate bathroom, with a bath & shower.

Our relaxing family home is ideally suited for 8 persons. Please note that extra person(s) above 2 are charged at $50 per person per night. This is waived for any children under 2 years old.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

We do not have air conditioning, the home is well insulated and there is good air flow due to the open plan design especially when screen doors are utilized.

We are dog friendly, however dogs are strictly OUTSIDE ONLY. Local dog beaches include:
- Collers beach just south of Mollymook
- Narrawallee beach in designated areas and times.
