Only a 300 metre walk to the water’s edge where you will find the beautiful white sands of Shoal Bay beach, 850 metre walk to the calm waters of Little Beach or a quick 750 metres walk to Wests Diggers where you can enjoy the activities the club provides. Gretel Lodge is definitely in the perfect location for all to enjoy the surroundings.
The unit provides an air-conditioned open plan living/ dining area with a Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi, this area opens out on the balcony with a gas BBQ provided. A fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee plunger and family size fridge / freezer.
There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and Queen bed, the second is designed for a couple and a child with a Tri-Bunk provided. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity and there is also the convenience of having an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
