This property is beautifully decorated and well-stocked in the kitchen and bath. The location is great for downtown and canyon road access. We had a car to go to Bandelier and come in from Albuquerque and driving was easy. The outdoor patio offered a quiet place to have happy hour and breakfast. The beds were so comfortable, it was hard to get up! A wonderful place.

We really enjoyed Casa Tierra, it is beautiful and clean. It was so nice to be able to walk to the Plaza and to Canyon Road. The adobe really gave us a sense of New Mexico. We will love to stay again. Thank you to Maggie and Noel, they are wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with.

Casa Tierra has so many attributes it is hard to list them all. Ideal location: one block from Canyon Road, a 15 minute walk to The Plaza and steps away from a delightful walking trail along the Santa Fe River. The interior: decor has the Santa Fe vibe with real adobe walls, wooden beams, a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace for cool evenings. The outside: a charming patio, perfect for a breakfast coffee or evening dining. Noel and Maggie responded almost immediately when we had any questions.Highly Recommended. We will return!!

Superior location with an extremely authentic home to the Santa Fe adobe construction. Loved the interior design, totally unique and well appointed. Wonderful location right off Canyon Road and walking distance to plaza and many other places of interest. Communication with the host was everything I'd asked for and rapid responses to each and every question. The only minor complaint is the raised thresholds in each bedroom. Well marked but something you need to be aware of in the middle of the night. Enjoyed our stay immensely and it fit our 4 women trip perfectly.

We had a fantastic stay and would gladly book this property again. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent, and everything we needed was provided.The property was well-stocked in a quintessential Santa Fe home, and conveniently located near local attractions and restaurants. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oasis By the River. The casita was exactly as described, and the location was an easy 5 minute walk to town. The hosts were super responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Santa Fe. Would definitely stay again next time we visit!

Love staying at Casa Tierra! This was our third stay and everything was wonderful! Close enough to downtown plaza area with great food, shopping. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property several times. We love it. Close to everything; super walkable area. Oasis by the River never disappoints. We have shared the home with another couple (ample sharing space) and my husband and I have rented it by ourselves. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need to fix a meal or reheat leftovers (or unbox take out).Noel, Maggie and Paul are outstanding hosts.

This VRBO was in a great location. Easy to walk to town, Canyon Road, and along the Santa Fe River. Very quiet neighborhood. The back yard was a nice way to sit outside and relax after a busy day. Host is helpful and available for any questions. Look forward to returning for another pleasant weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oasis by the Santa Fe River. The home is a stunning example of traditional pueblo-style architecture, filled with unique and thoughtful details. From the well-equipped kitchen to the plush, comfortable beds, every amenity was spot on—though the magnificent patios were the true highlight. Its location is unbeatable, situated just steps away from the vibrant studios and boutiques of Canyon Road. We would certainly return to this charming retreat.

This was the ideal spot to stay in Santa Fe, as it was in walking distance to the arts area and many restaurants. Tucked away, it was very quiet. Everything was tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. The two bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which was perfect for me and my bff. We did have a spot of trouble figuring out the door lock, but the host was immediately responsive and we easily resolved the issue (which involved closing the door vigorously as you exited). We would definitely stay here again and likely will in the near future.
