Detta fritidshus kan sova upp till åtta. Denna lägenhet ligger på det nionde hålet på Alto Lakes golfbana och har enkel tillgång till allt det golf du vill spela på sommaren och alla skidåkning och pulka som du vill göra på vintern. Det finns också sjöar och bäckar i närheten för de människor som gillar att fiska och massor av vandringsleder. Denna lugna gemenskap hjälper till med mängden vilda djur som dyker upp på golfbanan. Det hörs om älg, rådjur och även vilda hästar. Dessa lägenheter har en king size-säng i sovrummet, en queen size-säng i ett av gästrummen och två tvillingar i det andra gäst sovrummet. Varje rum har en TV med direkt-TV-service. Fastigheten har uppdaterats 2018 och vi har lagt till tillgängligheten till WiFi.

Great Location to the Slopes

We had a great stay at the property. House was clean, updated and just as described. Had everything we needed. The location to the slopes was very convenient for the skiers. The wildlife in the area was a bonus. Todd was very communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Less than desirable

We brought our family and our dog here for Spring Break. I chose this only because it was pet friendly. Evidently, I didn't check the box saying that I was bringing a pet. Of course I was honest about the pet when the owner inquired. He would not refund me fully and charged an extra $25 because it wasn't on the original reservation. I was fine paying for the pet to be there....but come on?! The place was very dated to include carpet stains, dingy furniture, bedding, and kitchen accessories. Did I mention the owner locked us out of the garage and there was no WIFI. Read carefully...this one is a gotcha. I do not recommend this place

New Mexico First Timers

My family and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed snow and all that Ruidoso had to offer. We even traveled to the white sand national park. This home was a great location to it all. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot

Perfect spot on hole #9 on Alto Country Club ⛳️...beautiful views, woke up to deer every morning, watched and waved to the golfers! The condo was immaculate, smelled good, and was CLEAN! 5/5 would recommend staying here

Dirty, bad odor

We stayed here for a three day weekend. The smell when we opened the door was overwhelmingly bitter. So we then opened the windows. The windows and window sills were filthy, lots of spider webs and dead bugs. The towels looked like they had not been laundered due to all the makeup smeared on them. Food in the refrigerator and pantry that had been expired for well over a year. Fingerprint smears on the refrigerator. Stains all over the carpet- which had been addressed in another review. The owner said the carpet was going to be replaced soon, in his rebuttal. The carpet comment was posted months ago so we assumed “Great, the place has new carpet, let’s stay there”. The filthy carpet is still there. Stains on the bedsheets. I sent the owner a text to let him know the condition of the place. He offered me a discount for our next stay. I would never stay there again. I offered to send him photos, he was not interested. We spent all our time outdoors and at our friends’ place down the street because the smell was so bad. Even our friends commented on the smell when they helped us unload our things. The location of this place is fantastic and it’s very quiet. But it needs a deep clean and updates. This place should be cleaner, especially during a pandemic.

Cozy relaxing getaway

Loved staying at this property. Super comfortable and relaxing. We loved seeing the wild horses and deer on the premises. Todd is great and answers any questions immediately and gets anything you need asap. Definitely will stay again

Nice place. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Ski'd during the day so we weren't there much. Really close to turn off for Ski Apache! 4 adults and 4 children fit good with an inflatable mattress. Plenty of dishes. We ordered pizza, but there was some stuff to cook with. We had a great time at this place and Todd answered all questions. Overall a great place. I will be back!

Great place to stay!

Stayed here during Thanksgiving. We were very happy here! We had 4 adults and plenty of room. They have a great place to see wildlife and take an early morning walk around the golf course. Big tv in living room with large cozy couch. It's quiet and met some really nice people when out walking. The owner quickly responds to all inquiries and helped us get the right internet access code right away. The only heads up I would warn about is if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you will need to bring everything in order to do so. There isn't any kind of spices, or basics and the cookware is old. They did not have dishwashing or dishwasher soap. There is a great grocery store not that far to get supplies. We did most of our cooking at my parents so this was not an issue for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean and relaxing

Loved our stay in Alto. House was comfortable and relaxing. Close to everything within a 5 minute drive. Back Canyon roads that take you around the city down to the race track to avoid traffic are great. Our host, Todd, was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property if you are coming to ski or to the races. Or just to get out of the heat of wherever you live. Great weather!

Wonderful time spent at a very nice property!

The location was perfectly situated on a fairway of the golf course. We had quick access to places to eat, shop and ski. The home was very cozy and spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a big living area. I would definitely stay again and will refer friends.
