There is no icemaker but there are ice trays. New furnishings throughout.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club.

Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom.
