Contact us for our discounts for 1+ month stays!!! Welcome to this beautiful and stunningly furnished vacation home. You will love the layout. With 6 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen and 4 twin beds) and 5.5 bathrooms, and a full size in-ground pool, this home is ideal for guests (up to 12) to visit Orlando, just minutes away from Disney and Universal, Seaworld theme parks. There is one large master bedroom on the first floor (With an ensuite). All other bedrooms are on the second floor, including 3 additional master bedrooms. You will love the location, the pool and the game room!!!*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Livin in the 90’s

When you first enter the villa it looks nice, but once you really live in it that all changes! It looks like nothing has been updated since it was built, except for the washer, dryer, refrigerator and TV’s. Washer had mold in it and the refrigerator door shelves are ready to break. The stove door looks like it’s never has been cleaned in between the glass. The leather like couches are so used and material is ripped. The cutlery is awful and chefs knife is broken to the point of unsafe to use. There were not enough bath towels for the amount of people that can stay there. No wash cloths, no large beach towels for pool area. The master bedroom bed was fixed with boards as were the patio chairs. The vents were so dusty that my guests with allergies were sick. The layout of the house was great. Beds were comfortable. Location for our stay was great and being close to Walmart, Aldi and Sam’s club was very convenient. It was Florida winter and cold at night. We had no blankets on the beds or closets. All these things Are fixable. Would I stay in this house again? Only if some repairs and maintenance occurs. The neighborhood kids/teenagers were not very respectful of the property, they would run around chasing each other in between the houses and around our vehicles. A couple was fighting on a Thursday night after midnight so badly screaming and using the “N” word that I was ready to call the police. This was alarming to hear this. Check reviews before booking.
