The Neighborhood:
There’s so much to see and do around Playa del Carmen! You’ll find everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! You certainly won’t need a car if you just want to spend time in the center; you’re just a couple of blocks away from beach clubs like Mamitas, Lido’s, Martina, and Zenzi.

Getting Around:
The distance from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to your destination is about 56 km or 35 miles. It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive.
If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park from 10 am to 10 pm and display your parking receipt on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located approximately 5 meters from the building (across the street), directly facing our property. The construction is already in progress, so there may be potential noise in the area. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
The use of some common area facilities, such as the BBQ, may result in an additional charge on site that is separate from the costs of our unit.
External visitors are allowed at the property from 9am to 10pm. They must present an identification and register at the Condominio's entrance. No external visitors are allowed in the pool area. Access is only for registered guests of the Condominium.
Guests may need to climb stairs.
There are surveillance cameras on the property.
Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, and towels are provided free during your stay.
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Pack 'n play/Travel crib is available upon request with an additional fee.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property and guests will be given all access codes and instructions within 24 hours of arrival.
