Nice suite. Perfect for 2 couples. Comfortable beds. Nice size livingroom.Well stocked kitchen. Deck and patio table to sit outside with barbeque available.Good communication with host. Very accomodating for check in.

A quiet 2 bedroom home near downtown bit away from the bustle. Great kitchen. Comfortable living spaces. Perfect for our 5 day stay in St. John’s.

If you are looking for a nice place to call home for a few days, Settled Inn is for you. The beds were comfy, the house is well stocked with all the necessary equipment for cooking fantastic meals and Perry even provides all kinds of spices and cooking oils. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perry was also at the property to meet us upon arrival. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Suburban sleepover

Perry provided helpful instructions on how to access his house. Great parking in a quiet, treed neighbourhood a few kilometers from the city centre. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and one evening meal. Everything in the house was tidy and clean. Good bed too. Perry graciously offered us suggestions on where to eat. A good stay!

Best Place in Saint Johns

Very nice property. Perry was the best host. He checked in every day with us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended

Beautiful place we felt sorry we had to do. Perry is a perfect host helpful, knowlegable, considered that we had a good stay at his house. Would recommend it to anybody lookind for a place very convinient located on top of it. A true 10
