It was a good location. Close to downtown and the mall

The property is well maintained. The house well stocked with everything we needed from towels to household items.

Suburban sleepover

Perry provided helpful instructions on how to access his house. Great parking in a quiet, treed neighbourhood a few kilometers from the city centre. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for making breakfast and one evening meal. Everything in the house was tidy and clean. Good bed too. Perry graciously offered us suggestions on where to eat. A good stay!

We went to explore and relax. We got exactly what we went for thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The house provided everything expected and more.

Best Place in Saint Johns

Very nice property. Perry was the best host. He checked in every day with us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended

Beautiful place we felt sorry we had to do. Perry is a perfect host helpful, knowlegable, considered that we had a good stay at his house. Would recommend it to anybody lookind for a place very convinient located on top of it. A true 10
