Great location and nicely updated

This home is in a great location and is updated nicely inside. Communications with the host were great and the garage with games is great for the kids. The kitchen could be a bit more stocked with glassware.

Just as listed - very clean, comfortable house. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Convenient to both Savannah & Hilton Head. Communication was easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay at the Coastal Getaway. We were able to easily travel to Hilton Head, Tybee Island and Savannah. The ping pong table and dart board in the garage were an extra bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

Great home!

Beautiful home, great location, approximately 30 min from Savannah. Our teenage boys really enjoyed the community pool as well as the ping pong table in the garage. Would definitely recommend this home if visiting the area.

Beautiful home, excellent location

The home was wonderful. The beds all slept comfortably, ample space for any supplies brought in for the stay and the neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Very short walking distance to the community pool and closely accessible to Bluffton Parkway and Hwy 278. Parking was never a problem either in the first come spots in front and ample parking in the driveway and/or garage. The absolute best part of the trip was the guest contact. We had a couple of minor issues but Candice was super responsive, even checking back with us to ensure everything was going good.

Beautiful Bluffton

My wife and I have been thinking of moving to Bluffton since our first visit three years ago. Staying in Bluffton Park definitely sealed the deal. The house was perfect and a great way to experience life in Bluffton for a week stay. I'd highly recommend this gem.

May 2025 Review 26 7th Avenue Bluffton

Cute house and roomy. The house was very clean, kitchen was supplied adequately and fit our needs. Laundry still in the dryer upon arrival. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glasses and utensils to use. Beds were very comfortable but no blanket and duvet cover looked dingy maybe it was the color so didn't use. Had to get throws from living room to use on bed. The living room cute and nicely decorated but furniture wasn't too comfortable the way the couches were facing the tv, chair was sagging considerably and very uncomfortable. Owner may want to consider replacing living room chair. Lack of dressers to store clothing in all bedrooms. Big master closet, typical secondary closets. I would have been nice if there was LVP floor throughout the house and no carpeting in the bedroom is my preference, but carpets seemed clean. States in house welcome notebook that you can use garage, to park car but couldn't get the garage door open making it very inconvenient unloading and loading luggage from car to house. Sprinkler runs daily and at very inconvenient times during the day making you wet when walking by and soaking the grass making it muddy and walkways soaking wet in both the front and back of the house. Next door neighbor has a dual flood light on side of his house every night pointing in the master bedroom window, so there was lack of sleep every night even with curtains and shade drawn. House was cute but kept the blinds closed making it dark inside, otherwise it was like being in a fishbowl with the neighbors walking by the house (corner house). Overall the house is decorated and updated nicely, with a well equipped updated kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Just needs a few minor changes. It's located is in safe and quite neighborhood.

Modern house in town

Very impressed with this house. Ideal layout, decorated in modern farmhouse style. It's walking distance or a short drive to town, where you can park and walk around, or down to the river. It's in a lovely newly constructed community, and has a view of a little pond. Communication was excellent with the owner and manager, not that we had any pressing needs during our month in the home.

Quick Family Stay

Great location and clean. Only issues were the the towels were not clean and ready to use. Also the key lock had low battery. No response from guest services when i tried to email them.

great house and location

The house is well equipped with good technology. The only issues were lack of key for garage, cloths washer keep blowing fuse, even with light duty delicate load, fan in master could not be adjusted for speed, and instructions on TV were not there. The Bulffuton Park location is very good, quite. The off street parking behind the garage was very good. Good view from front window. Private back patio. Tables are great and kitchen is well stocked.

Ok but not great

The property was ok, clean and comfortable. However for the price charged I was puzzled that the closet was used as a storage area for some paint cans and rumpled drop cloths. The kitchen lacked a toaster, and a larger juice or water pitcher. The washer and dryer were a nice touch but no iron was available. We actually had to run out to walmart to buy an iron. Overall the stay was fine, but expensive. Especially with the cleaning fee addded on.

Beautiful home and great stay!

This is a beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and supplied. We had a great trip. The reservation, check in and checkout processes were easy and convenient. The owners immediately contacted me on confirmation of our reservation and provided all the information we needed. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The neighborhood was conveniently located in Bluffton with an easy 20 minute drive to Hilton Head. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, and blankets were available if needed. I would advise anyone with mobility issues to be aware both bathrooms had tub/shower units and the tubs were deep with tall sides. The towels were new and thick and we had enough for 1 per person-washing machine is on site and we were able to wash and dry towels during our vist. There is a nice fenced in backyard for kids to play and a table for four on the patio. The garage has a great game room for families/kids with a ping pong table, dart board and table with chairs. The kitchen was large, nicely stocked and easy to use with a family. Private parking is available, but is located behind the house and out of site. We chose to park on the street in front of the house and had no problems. This is a great rental and we will look forward to returning in the near future.

Lovely Place

Very nice place with almost everything. The beds are very very comfortable so I would give them 6 stars if I could. The place is nicely done, the couches are comfy and nicely arranged. Outside table, chairs and lounges are great. The kitchen is top notch except for the pots and pans which are some kind of coating, but they work fine. I would have given five stars or more in general but there were a few things off. There's no toaster of any kind. They did not have shampoo and cream rinse even in a tiny bottle. The floors were sticky in the bathroom and kitchen like the soap wasn't washed off. The game room was filthy with bird poop and a layer of dust on the ping pong table and so much dirt on the floor that it had to be swept before you could play ping pong. There was a vacuum cleaner but it didn't work very well. And no mop so I couldn't fix the floors. I did not think the agency that runs this place is that good in communication, especially before the booking. You don't get the key code until the day-of when you're already running around trying to get there. It would be good if they told you that you won't get the code until that morning to save searching through messages trying to find it. However, I would stay here again so my complaints are minor but annoying.

Great stay

Very nice home. We would only recommend that bathroom supplies are increased. Only had one small soap in each bathroom and the containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty.

Great home great location

Everything about this house was exactly as we expected from the listing. It was comfortable And clean, and there was plenty of room for our family of four adults. The Neighborhood is peaceful with the beautiful pond across the street and the location is just outside of old town, Bluffton. We chose to rent some bikes to get back-and-forth to town, which was just perfect. I would definitely rent this property again and I would recommend this to friends and family.
