Beautiful Suite In Cranbrook

Bright, stylish and newly renovated suite is completely private and centrally located w/grocery, government liquor and cannabis stores within 1 block. 10+ restaurants, mall and anytime fitness gym w/in 10min walking distance. Hospital, trails and downtown are 15min walk. Private entrance, 2 car parking on premises, stocked kitchen w/Nespresso, AirFryer and Instapot. 55" TV w/TVs in both bedrooms, 1.5gig Wifi. Warm gas fireplace. Private outdoor sitting space. We have it all just for you!

Other details and house rules to note:
- No unauthorized guests/visitors or unapproved early check-in/late check-out ($300 per violation). We also do not permit any local Cranbrook residents unless specifically discussed in advance and approved.
- Due to the size of the suite and for insurance purposes, we cannot allow more than a maximum of 6 people in the suite at any given time.

- No Third-Party Bookings: The primary guest must be present at check-in and through out the booking, unless pre-arranged with the host. A photo ID may be required. Violation = immediate cancellation without refund. (immediate cancellation w/out refund if violated)
- Large outdoor equipment, such as bicycles, skis, snowboards, or similar items, must be stored in designated outdoor storage areas as recommended by the host. No bicycles or large outdoor equipment are permitted inside the suite. Please contact host for assistance
- Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes of all tobacco and cannabis products are allowed Outside Only. ($1000 violation)
- Host family of 3 live upstairs with their two dogs, a Malshepoo (Molly) and Bernie's mountain dog (Gus)
- Please close and lock all doors and windows and turn off all lights when you leave the suite.
- No forwarding of mail of any kind to the property.
- No minors under the age of 19 are to be left unattended in the suite at any given time. (immediate cancellation w/out refund if violated)
- Only one pet is allowed per booking, and it must be declared in the booking details. (Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation without a refund)
- No pets are to be left unattended in the suite at any given time (immediate cancellation w/out refund if violated)
- It is not permitted to have dogs or food on the couches or beds. ($300 violation)
- If you have a dog, please clean up after them with the doggy bags provided. Dog waste can be put in the garbage bins in the back alleyway.
- Cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, rodents, and birds are not allowed in the suite. The hosts perform all the cleaning and maintenance of the suite. They are highly allergic to the dander and proteins from the skins and saliva of these certain animals. This allergy can result in severe respiratory health problems and may require hospitalization.
- Keep it clean and tidy. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes ($300 charge for Misuse: deep cleaning, if needed)
- Please run dishes through the dishwasher or hand wash if there are not enough dishes to justify running the dishwasher
- Please hand wash any pots or pans used. Do not put them in the dishwasher.
- Please specify any specific requirements “before booking"

In the unfortunate event of any damage, we will kindly apply charges based on the actual incurred repair/replacement costs.
