Situation on the 3rd floor, this unit accommodates up to 6 people, with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is supplied.

Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Spacious open combined dining and lounge area leading to the large balcony, perfect to enjoy your evening meal at the large table and chairs overlooking the beautiful views.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is security parking for 2 cars tandem and there is a lift in the complex for your convenience.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.
