This 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor has been described as ‘a little gem’ situated on a canal in a generally quiet neighbourhood in tranquil surrounds. It faces north and has plenty of light and coastal breezes. Reverse cycle air conditioning in living area. Queen bed and 2 singles. Apartment sleeps 4.

It’s an easy stroll to the Mooloolaba patrolled beaches and the Mooloolaba Surf Club, local shops, including Coles, cafes and restaurants as well as the Wharf Complex, walkways, cycle paths and the local Mooloolaba Bowls Club. The nearby Spit with its great seafood markets and shops and nearby, the Mooloolaba Yacht Club.

There is local transport Taxis and Uber available.

This apartment has been totally refurbished recently. It’s lighter and brighter and includes several modern features and accessories.

There is no linen in our apartments. We have a hire Company that can organise this for you. There are pillows and blankets on all beds. Cost of Linen is $36 .00 per pack for queen bed and $24.00 per pack for single beds + $15.00 delivery fee. Each pack contains, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. THERE IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS OVER EASTER PERIOD AND 7 NIGHT STAY FOR PEAK SEASON AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
We also offer the following Bundles:
$150 per night for 5 nights
$125 per night for 7 nights.
$100 per night for 14 nights

Quiet, Peaceful and overlooking the canal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a delightful place to stay for 10 days. From communications with the Property Company to the comfort of the apartment it could'nt be faulted. It is located close to the sea front, but the sound of the birds was the only noise to be heard. We could have been miles away from anywhere. Absolutely superb.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was quite different to how it was advertised and it was challenging not being told when booking that linen wasn’t included so came at an extra cost to us.
