Once inside this masterfully-designed home, a double height void is revealed that links both levels of the home together. From the raw rendered walls and honed concrete floors, to the stonework features and solid timber Queensland Maple staircase, this property expresses high-end finishes and a soothing palette of materials that draw inspiration from the local area.

The upstairs Master suite includes a King size bed, open wet room bathroom, his and her vanities, walk-in-robe and a large balcony accessible via floor to ceiling glass panelled doors. Both Master suites have televisions with Netflix access.
A further two bedrooms are located upstairs, both with ensuites and the option of King or Twin bedding configuration*. The separate powder room on the ground floor echoes the quality surfaces and fixtures as the other wet areas.
