Tucked away in the ChampionsGate, FL area, you’ll find The Enclaves at Festival. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay. Our rental agreement along with other important information will be sent 7 days before your check-in.

The hot water (pool) is working when the pool heating is on. There is an extra and optional service charge for the pool heater. Pool heat is offered before your arrival because it takes 24 hours to get to the right temperature. Please request it when you sign your short-term rental agreement.
