The open plan living area is the heart of the home, bathed in natural light from large windows, making the cozy seating area a perfect spot for unwinding or catching up on your favorite shows on the sleek TV.

Next to the living room, the dining space is modern and inviting, with a spacious table and modern lighting, offering views of the garden through sliding doors. The design smartly blends indoor and outdoor living, making the space feel open and fluid.

The kitchen will delight those who love to cook, blending functionality with style. White cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and bright countertops create a welcoming space for both cooking and chatting. The island and a breakfast bar serve as great spots for preparing meals or casual dining.

The home's thoughtful details, from the stylish staircase to the carefully chosen furniture, add to the refined and relaxed vibe. Upstairs, there is an inviting loft den with a huge leather sectional couch around a large screen TV, perfect for watching the big game with the whole family.

The bedrooms are peaceful havens for rest, each furnished with comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and tasteful decorations, ensuring a good night's sleep. The master suite features a king bed, large bath and walkin closets. There are three guest bedrooms including a kid’s room with two bunk beds (both double over double).

LUSH POOLSIDE RETREAT
The backyard of this home is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. It features a heated pool highlighted by a gentle cascading waterfall, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Surrounding the pool, manicured lawns provide a lush, inviting environment for outdoor activities or simply soaking up the sun. An equipped outdoor grille, al fresco dining area and a cozy firepit area offer additional spaces for creating memorable moments with friends and family.

This home includes five bedrooms and sleeps a total of 13 guests.

PLEASE NOTE
We are child friendly! There is a removable pool fence. We have a highchair, travel pack and play, and safety rubber edges around glass tables.

Dog Friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!

To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating.
A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.
