Welcome to our tranquil retreat in Hawthorn, just east of Melbourne CBD! Enjoy seamless access to the city via trains and trams, and explore nearby gems like Swinburne University, Central Gardens, and the bustling Glenferrie Rd strip. Indulge in diverse cuisines, catch a film at the Lido Cinema, and explore boutique stores, all within reach.
Amenities include free parking, unlimited WIFI, and an internal laundry for added convenience!
Minutes away from some of Hawthorn's best local restaurants, this quiet, simple home is ideal for any holiday adventurists, tourists, business travelers, and local getaway people! Strong Wi-Fi access, parking, fully equipped with air-conditioner, laundry, dryer, oven, and microwave!
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy - please treat it as your own home.
Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to self-check in. Once keys are retrieved, our apartment is accessible via a staircase. Parking is free in permitted zones, you will need to retrieve our parking permit from the apartment. Please return them to our coffee table before checkout.
We're available for contact through the VRBO chat. I am happy to give any recommendations or answer any questions. We also respect your privacy, so if you would like to just enjoy your stay on your own, we have no problem with that too!
The best form of communication is via the VRBO chat, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.
One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key is subject to a $150 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.
Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, a $50/hour fee applies.
Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the VRBO chat for confirmation.
