Ny funktion: uppvärmd garage! Nyligen renoverade en historia två sovrum två badrum hem i Gamla stan Carmel, IN. Detta hus har en liten damm i ryggen, garage och off street (uppfart) parkering, två separata sovrum med takfläktar och queen sängar. Fullt utrustat kök och tvättstuga. Öppet bostadsyta med en 52-tums Smart TV (foto visar tidigare TV-apparater, DVD- och videobandspelare) samt en mindre smart-TV som kan användas var som helst i huset, gratis NETFLIX, AMAZON TV och trådlöst internet. Rymmer fyra bekvämt. Ytterligare två gäster kan få plats genom att sova på soffan eller den uppblåsbara drottningens madrass. En pack-and-play finns för våra yngre besökare. Observera att det inte finns någon fast telefon. Gäster måste använda sina mobiltelefoner för att ringa.

Huset ligger nära Carmel Center for Performing Arts (The Palladium), Carmel Ice Skadium och Carmel Arts and Entertainment District (restauranger och butiker), Grand Park (Westfield, IN) är 9 miles away, hemmet för Indianapolis Colts (Lucas Oil Stadium) är 15 miles, Indianapolis Motor Speedway är 18 miles, och det är 26 miles till Indianapolis International Airport. It is a very quiet and beautiful space for 2 couples to enjoy private times and time to interact with each other. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and it is in neighborhood with sidewalks so it's pleasant to walk. It also has a nice deck with a good view of the pond.

Beautiful Carmel house, close to everything.

This beautiful home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood in central Carmel. The back deck overlooks a pond, and was screened with shrubbery from other properties. One could easily walk to all that downtown Carmel has to offer in terms of culture, dining and events. We felt very comfortable here, and would recommend it for other couples. With two bedrooms and baths, it would be perfect for two couples traveling together.

This property fit the bill for exactly what we needed. In town for an AAU tournament and with my husband being the Coach the catch and release pond for fishing was the perfect down time for him. Wished we stayed more than 2 nights but will keep on the list for future visits to the area.

Perfect home away from home

We were in town for a ball tournament at Grand Park. The house was close to the ball fields, the neighborhood was very cute and the house was even cuter. There's a pond in the back yard stocked with fish and my son had a blast fishing. The Carmel farmers market was within walking distance as well as many other shops. We will definitely try to stay here again next time.

Girls weekend

Great location. The home was clean and very comfortable. The perfect size for our girls getaway. The highlight is the deck overlooking the pond. Happy hour was so much more fun out there as was our morning coffee!! The location was perfect for us. Close to Arts & Design District -had lunch and shopped and walked back down the Monon Trail. Over to the shops behind the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed a rainy Saturday. Market was too wet in the a.m - we are saving that for our next trip! Also we went to Zionsville and loved that area just as much. So much to do and great food everywhere we ate. If you want to be close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but in a quiet well kept home - this Cozy Cottage is perfect!

Best Vrbo property we've ever stayed in.

I've rented many properties through Vrbo. Most of them were good --a couple of them were disappointments--this was the BEST property we've ever rented. The home was clean, safe, great location, and John and Becky were wonderful hosts. The property was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Will rebook this property when we return to Carmel.

Extraordinary House in Carmel

This is a great house. 2 large bedrooms with closets. Bathrooms were very clean. We loved the kitchen, eating area and living room. TV's streaming via RUKO or Firestick. There were plenty of outlets and many that USB outlets. There was a printer to use on a rolling desk to conduct business if needed. A nice patio with grill overlooking a pond. The house was well equipped and instructions in a master book or placed in the needed area. The kitchen was well stocked. The garage was clean and a remote opener was even provided. John & Becky communicated in advance and even at the start and end of our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The property is well groomed. It was easy access to downtown Carmel, shopping, restaurants and highways.

Great Space!

Home was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. Backyard pond was fantastic, lots of waterfowl to view. Within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, etc. Host was prompt with answering questions. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again.

Perfect for our visit to Carmel

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. It is centrally located in Carmel, on a quiet street, with a pond in back. We were here to visit family. We slept well and enjoyed the geese, ducks, and other birds on the pond. John is a pleasure to rent from, easy to communicate with when needed.

Great home base for a tournament

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house was clean and centrally located to a lot of attractions and easy to get to and from Grand Park. Owners were responsive and it was easy to check in and out.

Another Comfortable Stay at the Carmel Home

We booked another visit to Carmel and this location is ideal for walking to the Monon Trail and restaurants. The home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Will be back!

Married Couple who moved to Carmel and love it! She is a retired music educator, he is a U.S. Army veteran who has also worked in private industry and civilian government service. Both enjoy the large variety of activities that Carmel has to offer without a "big city" feel.

Varför värden valde detta boende

While close enough to Indianapolis to make taking in some of the great events in Indy convenient, Carmel has a bit of a small-town feel but with a lively and inviting "big city" amenities, including several playhouses, a large range of restaurants, festivals, night-life, and all just a mile or so away from our property. The garage is heated in the winter so your car and you will be warm when coming or going.

We favored this property in particular because of the small pond behind it. Ducks, geese, turtles, herons and occasionally hawks are common visitors. In the warmer months one can relax on the deck listening to the bullfrogs...and find that your troubles and tension just melt away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Heated garage (winter months only). Outlet in garage provides 240 volts for EV charging. Great open floor plan, everything is on one floor. Owners are a few minutes away to resolve any maintenance or other needs. Large deck (new as of August 2023) behind the house is just 30 feet from a small pond where ducks, herons, turtles, hummingbirds, geese and hawks can be seen. A fishing rod and accessories are provided for anglers. There is a gas grill on the deck. The back deck is shaded in the evenings during the warmer months.
