Ths immaculately appointment home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a combined movie theater and game room, a private pool with a spillover spa, a kids-themed bedroom, and much more for you and your family to have the vacation of a lifetime! In addition, the resort is located close to the best tourist attractions and local activities as well as only minutes away from local supermarkets and restaurants!

Your home-away-from-home awaits at Amped at Reunion! The home boasts a spacious open floor plan so all of the party can gather together. Feel at home with an open living area with a sectional sofa, a dining room that can seat 6 people, a breakfast bar seating for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to put together your favorite meals.

Through the sliding glass doors off of the living room, you will be greeted by your own private pool and spillover spa with the most relaxing golf front view. The kids and even adults of the family can enjoy a game of connect 4, corn-hole or even in-pool basketball. There is plenty of comfortable seating outdoors from the loungers, to the rocking chairs, dining table and a custom built day bed for afternoon naps that can double as a bench to provide additional seating. Dine al fresco as you grill on the BBQ or even better, you can enjoy baking your own fresh pizza in the authentic pizza oven.

The fun does not stop there! Tired of a day of fun in the pool and looking for indoor activities? Step inside and head towards the combined movie theater/game room featuring 6 theater chairs, skee-ball, basketball shooting, and even and XBOX and Playstation gaming system. There would be no reason for you to leave the room as it comes equipped with a full size fridge and microwave all ready for popcorn.

The villa can comfortably sleep 9 guests within its 4 bedrooms. One the ground floor there is a King room with a family bathroom with walk-in shower with a massaging LED shower tower. The kids will love their themed bedroom that feels as though they have traveled to the region of Pandora with 3 small twin beds, a twisty slide and glow in the dark backlights for added amazement! The master suite is located on the second floor, along with a surf inspired room with 2 twin beds and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the second floor is a play-area were the youngsters of the family can enjoy themselves with toys, books, selfies on the butterly wing wall, or a enjoy a game of PacMan. If you decide to bring your own or rent a Tesla, no worries, the home comes with a complimentary Tesla charger for you to use.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
