Only a few miles from Bethany Beach this beautifully decorated third floor unit offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths and is nestled within unspoiled land and gently lapping inland waterways ---just the perfect place to relax, refresh and re-energize! Some amenities include central air conditioning; full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, 5 TVS with Roku and apps for renters to login to their streaming service accounts including Netflix and Disney, 2 DVD/Blu-ray players, Wi-Fi, screened porch with views of ponds and bay and deck. A tandem kayak is available for guests to use, a waiver will need to be signed. Family friendly with Pack and play (for young toddler), games and puzzles, Xbox 1-S with assorted games, sports equipment including Paddle ball for beach, pickleball paddles and balls, tennis rackets and balls, volleyball, beach chairs and umbrella, basketball with pump and needle. Nice Amenities

Nice property. However, the unit itself had its maintenance issues. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next group. We had a great time . The unit is close to the pool and outdoor activities like basketball. Nice walking sidewalk around the property. If you canoe, there is a place to enter the water. This unit does have a water view. ( in the distance) o
