Some amenities include central air conditioning; full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 4 TVS with Roku and apps for renters to login to their streaming service accounts including Netflix and Disney, 2 DVD/Blu-ray players, WiFi, screened porch with views of ponds and bay and deck. Nice Amenities

Nice property. However, the unit itself had its maintenance issues. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next group. We had a great time . The unit is close to the pool and outdoor activities like basketball. Nice walking sidewalk around the property. If you canoe, there is a place to enter the water. This unit does have a water view. ( in the distance) o
