The Lakehouse Toukley is Located between Tuggerah and Budgewoi Lakes and it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a quality time with your family and friends. This double story waterfront house show cases the beauty of the lake and itâs magnificent sunsets.
The Lakehouse is a perfect choice for the guests who enjoy fishing, boating, jet skiing or canoeing due to its own slipway and shared jetty with neighbour. Centrally located, it is just a few minutes away from local beaches, shops, restaurants, and clubs.
This recently renovated home has been decorated with brand new furniture and supplied with everything you could imagine for a short or extended stay such as, all bedding, blankets and towels, hair dryer, TâV, comfy lounges, extra blankets, washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, BBQ etc.
You will love cooking even whilst on holidays in this beautiful kitchen as everything is supplied that you would need! Including fridge, microwave, 900cm cook top & oven, four slice toaster, electric kettle and a dish washer. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, some spices, complete kitchen essentials. You wonât need to bring a thing as all crockery, kitchen ware, pots & pans, table ware, coffee mugs, glasses and much more is provided!
The dining suite is arranged beside the kitchen for accessibility and great lake views while dining. The lake view gives a sense of peace and relaxation while you enjoy a meal.
This home has a open plan living area and dining area with the kitchen, then you will find the master bedroom, which has an Ensuite & wardrobe. You will also have the main bathroom and the second bedroom overlooking the lush gardens.
Downstairs comprises the remaining 2 bedrooms, laundry with shower and toilet and second living space with kitchenette which flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up the views of the backyard. The alfresco/decking faces the lake. It is a perfect place to chill out, watch the sunrise/sunset or simply soak in the morning fresh air. When you step out to the balcony, you will appreciate the panoramic lake view, the large gum tree, small palm trees, pelicans, wild ducks and the step- down garden.
Comfortably sleeping 6 people, however can accommodate 10 guests in total if requested. It is ideal for a spacious, private family retreat.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of âNo parties or eventsâ is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
