This stylish three bedroom apartment is located in one of the nicest apartment buildings in Mt Maunganui 'Eleven' and offers a large swimming pool and hot tub on the 3rd level and a gym for your enjoyment.

This two level apartment has the three bedrooms on the groundfloor level with the Master bedroom having it's own ensuite. Another bathroom and laundry are on the groundfloor level. Upstairs is the stylish living area with modern furnishings. The sizable lounge opens up to a sprawling deck overlooking the main beach. Comfy outdoor furniture is the perfect spot to soak in the atmosphere of this Main beach location. Off the dining and kitchen is another deck offering a green space with planting, This deck overlooks the majestic Mauao. Two rare secure carparks are also on offer with the apartment.
