Buena Onda - stunning views & pool.

Buena Onda is a beautiful Mediterranean home nestled between the popular beach towns of Brunswick Heads and New Brighton. This expansive home is bordered by nature reserve on two sides and has hinterland to ocean views. It’s perfect for large family holidays, with multiple balconies and living areas offering lots of room to relax. Beaches - 3 mins, Brunswick Heads - 5 min drive. Byron - 20 mins.

Buena Onda is only a couple of minutes to the beach but with so much space, views and a pool, you might never want to leave!

Upstairs you'll find:
- A spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and balcony to admire the views.
- A music room with keyboard, guitar and ukeleles.
- A large open plan kitchen/dining area designed around a huge bench-height dining table that sits 10. The dining area has ocean views and a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with two ovens, induction stovetop, coffee machine, dishwasher, ample cooking equipment and serving ware to cater for groups.

Downstairs you'll find:
- Another living area with two separate sitting areas - one to enjoy the views and the second lounge area which is perfect for lazy afternoons watching movies on the 65’ smart TV.
- A library with board games for rainy days.
- An undercover balcony with a Balinese daybed to take in the views through the arches.
- A small courtyard with a firepit.
- A separate and private swimming pool, nestled further down the hill.

BEDROOMS

We have beds for up to 10 guests and two additional fold outs (kids/teens only) if needed.

Bedroom 1 (Treetops): The upstairs master bedroom is large airy room with a Queen bed, Aircon, and ensuite with shower and bath. This bedroom has a private balcony with hinterland views. It also has a desk for those looking to work away from home. Up to two foldout single beds can be added to this room (on request) allowing it to sleep a family of 4 (two adults and two children as we don't recommend using the fold outs for adults). Please note this room has no curtains/blinds so you wake to the sunrise. It does not have any privacy issue.

Bedroom 2 (Oceanview): King bed, ensuite with shower, and a desk for those looking to work away from home. This bedroom has its own private deck with hammock chair and ocean views. This bedroom connects to the Bunk bedroom. It has curtains and a wall fan.

Bedroom 3 (Bunk room): this utility room contains a bunkbed. It can be accessed from both the laundry and Bedroom 2. It is best used by children/teens of guests staying in Bedroom 2. Please note that this room connects the laundry to the outside clothes hanging area. This room has curtains and a fan.

Bedroom 4 (Nature reserve): this tranquil bedroom offers a Queen bed and views of the nature reserve. This room has curtains and a fan.

Bedroom 5 (Courtyard): Two single beds with hinterland views. This room has curtains and a fan.

Guest access
The whole home is accessible to guests with the exception of the garage which is used for storage.

New Brighton beach (3mins), Brunswick Heads/Torakina beach (5mins), South Golden beach (7 mins)

1 min to Devines Hill bushwalk and lookout
2 mins to Ocean Shores Coles, K-Hub, cafes, bottle shop, chemist, doctor surgery.
12 mins to Mullumbimby
20 mins to Byron Bay
30 mins to Ballina Airport and Gold Coast airport

Other things to note
Buena Onda is set into a hillside. Please note that pool is reached by a winding grassy walk down the hill and may not be easily accessible to all people. Some pavers in the poolside area have also moved over the years so care should be taken around the pool to avoid tripping. Toddlers and young children should always be supervised when using the rear courtyard as the rear yard is stepped out in a series of garden beds using retaining walls. The rear yard is surrounded on two sides by nature reserve and is unfenced. Water dragons, bush turkeys, native ducks and echidnas are frequent visitors to our yard. This means that pets are not allowed.
