**Discounted Rates for Summer 2025** Drop your bags and take in the ocean view from the floor to ceiling window of the private entry level master bedroom! Then head downstairs through the comfortable living area with sleep sofa and take in the salt air from the large ocean front balcony. There is also a telescope provided for nightly stargazing. Just through the well-equipped kitchen with chair seating for 6 is where you'll find the 2nd full tub & shower bath as well as the bay side bedroom. This bedroom boosts a small balcony to enjoy the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
* Indoor pool is open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coastal Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
