Poor Communication

I was never able to use the pool at the location because the pool keys were not left on the kitchen counter as stated in my check-in instructions they would be. I also was not provided with keys for the elevator or the apartment door as also stated in the check-in instructions I would be. As a result, EVERY time I had to use the elevator or enter the apartment, I had to pull up the email and type the code in whereas having the key card to just swipe on the elevator and at the apt door would have been much easier. I emailed the property 4 times regarding the key cards over the 4 days I was there and never once received a reply back.

Worked great for us

It’s a really good location, though it feels as though it’s still developing. There’s not a lot of near by restaurants or bars, but enough. The only issues were the extra long code and overly sensitive control pad that you had to use to enter the building, enter the elevator and enter the apartment. A Fob should really be included. Also the area is a cellphone dead zone and the Wi-Fi was terrible, it really needs to be upgraded. The place was very clean and comfortable. We got there early and was able to leave our luggage until check in which was appreciated. The price was right for what we got.

Our trip was great. The Apt had great location, very clean, good floor plan, good amenities. We only had three complaints. First, the code I was given for the room did not work. Fortunately they had a rep, on premise and that was resolved quickly. Second was the mattresses were very cheap and not very comfortable. Third, the TV seating area did not have enough comfortable seating. Our opinion is the rental was good, but with a few changes, could be great.
