Navy's by the beach is a beautiful boutique architecturally designed property, 150mts walk to the beach from your back door. A spacious, modern, light filled home, capturing mid century modern vibes. Featuring a spacious kitchen with breakky bar and open plan living, leading directly onto the outdoor entertaining. There is an outdoor BBQ area with prep sink and bar fridge, perfect for family gatherings. The outdoor entertaining area is north facing overlooking the bush corridor which leads to the beach.
Family orientated home with open plan living, ensures the kids can swim in the pool and play in the yard in full view.
The home has been designed with cross ventilation for natural air flow and timber flooring running throughout the whole home including bedrooms.
Master bedroom is north facing overlooking the pool, with floor to ceiling glazing. This looks out over the bush corridor.

Remember to also pack your own essential items such as toiletries, dishwashing powder, etc for your stay. Port-a-cots can also be hired from our office.
Please note there are 3 cameras at the property and are ALL outdoor cameras only. One is located at the front of the house for property security and two are at the back of the house pointing to the back yard and bush tracks. The hard drive is located internally. No cameras internally.
The house has been built with all Low VOC paints and floor coatings, ensuring low toxicity living.
All internal taps/ showers and the outdoor shower run through de-chlorination and particular filters.
There is a Zip tap with hold / cold and sparkling water, this water runs through reverse osmosis filtration and remineralisation, being fluoride free. Please be aware the flow rate is restricted due to the filter and may take time to refill if used continuously.
The pool is treated with peroxide and is a chlorine free Waterco Oxiswim system, providing peroxide treated freshwater swimming experience.
This property is strictly NO parties, tenants will be evicted if police are called for noise complaints.
Please respect our neighbours, they are permanent residents and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area.
Children under 15 years old are to be supervised by an adult when using the pool.
Absolutely NO Smoking permitted on property.
All dishes are to be cleaned and put away upon departure and washing machine unloaded.
All rubbish is to be taken out to bins on departure.
If BBQ is used, it must be left as found.
No unregistered guests are to stay at the home.
All windows and doors are to be closed and locked when not in the house.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 people
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a port-a-cot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Port-a-cots can also be hired from our office.
