Richmond views is a comfortable & spacious home offering superb indoor & outdoor entertaining options that take great advantage of the incredible outlook.
Nestled beneath the Richmond Hills there are many great walking and biking trails accessible via Easby Park, which is a 2 minute walk away.
**Special conditions & notes**:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
Children - With staircases & terraced gardens this home is not ideal for preschool children.
Garage - Please note the garage is not accessible to guests. Offstreet & onstreet parking is offered.
Personal home - this property is made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
Stairs - This is a two storey home. Climbing/descending stairs is necessary here.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
