A cozy basement suite in a newly built townhouse complex which is located just a 5-minute drive from MarineLand Theme Park & Aquarium and an 8-minute drive from Niagara Falls! There are also lots of options for the whole family in the Fallsview Entertainment District and Clifton Hill with its various attractions, restaurants, and casino. The suite itself is located in a quiet residential area to relax after a day of sightseeing and has everything you need to enjoy your stay even on a rainy day!

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Enjoy a nights rest on our queen bed, bunk bed (which can accommodate up to 4 people depending on height and size) and sofa for 1 person!
Our place comes with a bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
And a full stocked kitchen with cookware, tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on.

Great place to stay when visiting the falls!

Clean, modern dwelling, ten minutes to the falls, accommodates 4 people comfortably. We would stay again.

Family trip

It was less then a 5 minute drive to downtown Niagara and grocery stores. It was perfect for our family of 4. It would have been nice to have more drawer space for our clothes in the master bedroom and extra storage and hooks in the bathroom

Furniture needs upgraded

The place was cute. Location was great for what we were doing. The beds were very uncomfortable which made sleeping hard trying to find the right spot to sleep in. Woke up tired and sore. The sofa/futon was also uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. Upgrade furniture would greatly improve the clients stay. The floor by the wall had a metal frame that would pop out with very sharp edges. Someone can cut their foot on it. Wish we had a better stay.

Convenient location

This property is super convenient and is within 10 miles of the Falls and other attractions. The location is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe as well. It was pretty clean but could use some pest control for spiders and a fresh coat of paint. Keep in mind there is only a tv in the living room, not the bedrooms. Overall i was quite satisfied and would recommend this rental.

Parfait pour 2 couples, 2 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain

Environ a 3 km du centre mais nous prenions un Uber pour le retour le soir, environ 15-20$. Appartement presque neuf

Great Canada trip

The apparent was clean and nice, my son really liked the bunk bed. Quite and nice neighborhood. The owners are very responsive. Ww had a great experience.

Great location

The property is located a very short distance to the falls and other amenities. Also, it was close to the WEGO bus system so we park our car and took the bus avoiding all the traffic and parking issues around the falls. The condo was spacious and in a safe neighborhood with a private parking. Even though the apartment is in a basement, it didn’t feel like a basement and it was very quiet. As a family we had a very nice time.
