The best spot to see and explore Adelaide's CBD. This apartment block is built and settled in 2020, so YES, it is BRAND NEW. It is a one-bedroom unit, located directly next to the popular shopping precinct Rundle Mall. This superb inner-city residence with a great view is a must for any weekenders and holidaymakers.
Suitable for couples who love adventure, business trips and all kinds of short stays.
The Space:
It has two single beds in the bedroom, most of the time I will put them together to make a King bed, if you want to split please let me know, I will prepare that before you check-in.
We provide industrial-grade laundered linens, which include sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, bath towels, and hand towels. All linens are refreshed with each cleaning. Please be aware that top sheets are not included.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
