Perfect Getaway

We had a group of friends and two toddlers and the lay out was perfect. Close walk to the beach to bring the babies up real quick and close to many restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again!

Check in was super easy! Facilities were great! It was a perfect set up for our family! The only thing we had any issues with was figuring out what beach chairs were ours to sit in. When we finally found a guy to talk to he said they were short staffed and he had been working a busier beach all day and that’s why he wasn’t attending our beach as much.

Perfect get away!

This property is located at the end of the building, private, had what we needed for a comfortable weeks stay, right on the beach! Pur kids were thrilled to have the pool, indoor and outdoor to choose from and a quiet location. The grounds were kept clean, no loud parties and we felt safe!

Excellent stay

We were very pleased with this room. The views were amazing, the rooms had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they responded quick. Everything was very clean, AC worked great. I would absolutely book this property again.

Kitchen is a little tight for more than 2 people to work in. This condo had great flooring and nice rooms for our family of six. Just gave 4 stars on general condition due to need to update couches in main living area and cooktop in attached suite. Kitchen pans/dishes in good condition. Enjoyed the beach chairs/unmbrella offered daily.

No frills condo....we were there for beach

The condo was as the description states needing updates. The appliance, furniture, cookware, decor, etc was very dated and well used. That being said, the condo, grounds, and pool were clean. The location was ideal. The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful.

It was easy to get to the beach for long walks and surf fishing. Everyone at Legacy was so helpful. It’s a great place to stay.

Could have been better

The sliding glass doors locks needed to be replaced. Two dining room chairs were damaged and put in master bedroom closet. Tv in spare bedroom had the same show on every channel. Refrigerator bin broken. Needs an over all better cleaning.

Don’t rent this unit!!!

The place is a disaster. Filthy carpet, closet door off it’s hinges, loose tile in the kitchen, broken microwave handle, loose electrical outlets, turned on the ice maker and water ran through the refrigerator and onto the floor, patio doors worked very hard and no screen on one and a broken screen on the other. Door threshold loose between adjoining units, TV had display issues, duck taped cable along patio door in living room, large burner on rusty stove did not work, overall lousy appliances. The leasing agent and VRBO should be ashamed to even show this unit! I have rented through VRBO at least 8 times so I’m not new to what a person should expect. I feel cheated!
