NOTE: Due to the nature of the business under this apartment, we ask that guests manage their noise level during business hours as this apartment is located above an office. We can only have normal activity in this apartment. No running/jumping. Strict limit of 4 people. Sofa bed is more suitable for teenagers than adults. Must be able to climb stairs.



This apartment is located in a mixed use residential/professional office complex. It is a 2nd floor walk up, on the intracoastal waterway, only 7 minutes from the white beaches of Okaloosa Island, 7 min. from Hurlburt AFB and 15 from Eglin. Freshly renovated, it has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a queen and a single sofa beds in the living room. One bathroom with shower, no bath. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wifi and TV for streaming. Swimming, Fishing, Wildlife on location.



The space

This well lit apartment is welcoming and cozy. From the living room window, you will have a view of the Intracoastal waterway, and from the bedroom windows you will have a view of a canal, and the many ducks who like to swim there. Next door to the apartment, is Liza Jackson park, with a nice playground, pavillions with picnic tables, boardwalks by the water, and a boat ramp. You will be 2 minutes walking from Fort Walton Beach High school, a mile away from Mary Esther Cut Off Boulevard and all its shops and eateries. 7 minutes away from Hurlburt Field and 15 minutes from Eglin Air Force base, and the Destin/Ft walton Beach Airport. Let's not forget the beautiful white beaches of Okaloosa Island, only a 5-7 minute drive away, and the magical city of Destin 10-15 minutes away! Located in a mixed use professional complex, it will be totally peaceful at night. Please note that this is a second floor walk up with no elevators. Not suitable for people with mobility problems.

NOTE: We recommend this place for people that can be quiet during the day on weekdays. There is a massage therapist office on the first floor under this condo.

Other things to note

This unit is located above a massage therapist's office. We require that you be conscious of your downstairs neighbors during work hours; that means no kids running around, screaming, keep TV at a normal volume. There is no problem with normal daily activities, including washer/dryer, dishwasher. The office is open Monday-Friday



A lot of folks ask about kitchen amenities..there are pots and pans, cookie sheets, muffin pans and cake pans; a set of knives, spatula, serving spoons etc; a hand mixer, can opener, wine bottle opener, measuring cups, strainer and grater, plus big bowls and cutting boards. Grocery stores are a few minutes away in both directions, so are pharmacies, eateries and shopping. You can swim in the intracoastal waterway. You can also bring your kayak or paddle board and leave right from the apartment. Liza Jackson park is next door and has shelters with picnic facilities, a walking trail and a playground for children. If you are planning on using a shelter, you will need to reserve with the city of Fort Walton Beach. Beaches are 5-8 minutes away on Okaloosa Island; all beach accesses are free, most have bathrooms, water, shower and picnic facilities with barbecues; details in the apartment. Medical clinic across the street and hospital about 10 minutes away.



This property sleeps 4 people!!! If we determine you have more than 4 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.



Under 25 allowed with approval. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Boat on trailer is welcome.

Open parking area is available in front of the building.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.



CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.



CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES: Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 10AM. Please plan accordingly.
