And as of May 2025, you can soak it all in from the brand-new hot tub!
Room to Relax & Reconnect
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, thereâs plenty of space for up to 8 guests. The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the homeâperfect for cooking, sharing meals at the 8-person dining table, or gathering for game nights and movies.
Master Loft Retreat (3rd Floor): A showstopper with a king bed, futon, spa-style soaker tub, upgraded walk-in shower, Roku TV, desk, and wraparound views of the ocean, pond, and marsh. Sunrise coffee or sunset cocktailsâthis is your sanctuary.
First Floor Comforts: Two queen bedrooms, each with Roku TVs and porch access leading straight to the sand. One includes a private en suite bath, while the other is steps from a shared full bath.
Extra Cozy: A charming fourth bedroom with a twin + pull-out, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Outdoor Fun & Relaxation
The beach is your backyard! Take the private boardwalk straight to the shore, or enjoy coastal breezes from the porches and balcony. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then kick back in the new hot tub overlooking the marsh. Beach gear, including chairs and a cart, makes seaside adventures easy and fun.
