The many amenities include a huge heated pool, an open-air and air-conditioned fitness center, a tennis court, and a covered outdoor bar, billiards, and dining areas.
Other amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, an outdoor sound system, and internet access. All bedrooms have independent TV receiver & DVD, the media room and master bedroom have a large satellite dish & DVD. The Space:
The oceanside villa features 6 king size bedrooms with full private baths including a two-story master suite with a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and two private balconies facing the pool and ocean. The remaining interior spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a formal living room, a formal dining room seating 10, and a casual outside dining area and a media room.
The 4 bedroom garden side villa features the "Jungle Roomâ with a king-size bed and small living room, the âPalm Roomâ with a king-size mahogany bed, and a 2 bedroom suite with queen size beds, a shared living room, and a cozy dining room. There is also a huge commercial catering kitchen.

Renovated Rooms and Bathrooms:
Completely refurbished the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring a modern and comfortable experience for the guests.
Garden Enhancements: Our garden is being transformed with a variety of new plants and increased lighting to create a more inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Heated Pool: The swimming pool is now heated (in high and holiday season) offering a pleasant swim regardless of the weather.
Starlink: Reliable and super fast internet connectivity for seamless online experiences.

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).
Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).
Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person
* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!
The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.
* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

ter the Event. The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or autho-
rization to operate on the French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.
Villaâs include the services of one (1) housekeeper for basic assistance, unless specified differently in the âConditionsâ. Villa staff gratuities are
not included but much appreciated by the housekeeper.
