Enjoy our peaceful retreat surrounded by stunning natural beauty where the coast meets the country.

Nestled on 1500 square metres of beautiful private lands and only 400 metres from the best stretch of Balnarring Beach along the coast, this is the perfect spot for some special time away with loved ones.

The Space:
Our rustic 3 bedroom "A" frame home offers ample space and comfort for everyone. The ground level accommodates one bedroom, bathroom and laundry, while the open plan living / kitchen featuring a northerly aspect opens out to the private front deck, perfect for entertaining with family and friends. The first level boasts 2 good sized bedrooms and a family room with access to the balcony, offering a private treed outlook.

Located in the picturesque Balnarring Beach, you will have the opportunity to experience the best of the Mornington Peninsula. With award-winning vineyards and restaurants, pristine beaches, and scenic hiking trails just a stone's throw away, this is the perfect destination for a memorable short stay.

With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and generous indoor/outdoor entertaining areas, this is the perfect spot for the whole family, a group of friends, or for a romantic couples getaway.

Please note that there is a steep spiral staircase to the 2nd level. This is not suitable for very young children.

Also we have exterior cameras for safety.

The Main Living area has a split system (heating and cooling) and a wood fire burner.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 9.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
