NOTICE: The pool at Spanish Main will be closed from the beginning of November to mid December due to necessary repairs. During this time, guests will be provided with passes to the heated pool at Cosmik Tiki, which is just a 3-minute drive or an 11-minute walk from Spanish Main.

Cocoa Beach Haven

An amazing property. Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. Great heated pool and just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful restaurants within ealking distance. A great stay! Staff were wonderful and will definitely return

Fantastic stay!

The property is just like the pictures show. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the location was great. It was clean and comfortable and accommodated us well to mix some work days in with vacation days. Loved the view from the balcony and the easy access to the beach. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at Spanish Main on Cocoa Beach. The condo had a lot of supplies ready for us, unlike other condos we have rented post-pandemic. We enjoyed the balcony watching the sunrise every morning. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned. The pool was nicely heated to a comfortable temperature. We did have a problem with two of the TVs in the unit but the problem was taken care of quickly and did not affect our enjoyment of the condo. If anything, the sofas were a bit uncomfortable as they sit really deep and you needed to use a throw pillow to make them comfortable. I would recommend this condo and the complex.
