Upstairs is a large light and airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area where you can sit back and take in the ocean views through the floor to ceiling glass, sliding doors open to both front and rear balconies. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry, electric cooking, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The dining area is suitable for 12 people or relax on the spacious undercover rear deck with BBQ and outdoor dining setting.

Wake up to the sunrise and rolling waves in the main bedroom with 2 walls of floor to ceiling glass you’ll feel like you’re in the dunes. Sliding glass doors lead out to the beachside deck. The main bedroom has a king bed, ample wardrobes and large modern ensuite that includes a shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom three has 2 long single beds, wardrobes and floor to ceiling glass windows.
Main Bathroom with powder room, separate shower and separate toilet.
