Escape the hurly-burly of daily life at this idyllic holiday home. It’s easy to relax when there’s so much space! Set on an elevated block with bushland separating the house from the water, it commands an enviable position and the home’s design makes the most of the views.
The main living area is expansive with a large well-equipped kitchen. A host of stools at the benchtop ensure sociability and with European appliances, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, you’ll enjoy cooking up a storm here. The dining suite nearby seats 8 (there’s also a highchair available) and the enormous sofa is extremely inviting, especially with the smart TV and gas fireplace.
The views will draw you outside and the large covered outdoor entertaining deck is absolutely fabulous. From breakfast facing the sunrise to evening meals it offers superbly comfortable dining and relaxing spaces. There’s a BBQ and a firepit round the corner on one side and an area laid to grass on the other.
Back indoors next to the living room is another large room with a pool table and TV, perfect entertainment on holiday. Upstairs from here is one of the master suites. With a King bed and ensuite, an expanse of windows providing views and a built-in robe, it’s certainly luxurious. And it’s not the only one - the main master is downstairs. also with a King bed and a huge ensuite and a walk-in robe. There is a further King, a Queen and a double and a third bathroom with a separate toilet. All are well-appointed and all linen is provided. A cot, highchair and change table are available and overhead fans and ducted air-conditioning will keep you comfortable.
Another added bonus is a wine cellar downstairs. Enjoy a tasting evening in this stone-lined room. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Plenty of parking, including a double garage, WiFi, and an abundance of fruit trees and wildlife complete the picture. Bring the boat - the boat ramp is only 800 metres away. What a find!
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

This is a particularly wonderful area for nature lovers, with a wealth of flora and fauna. The birdlife is quite something. Enjoy a spot of fishing and scoop for our famous Blue Manna crabs on the foreshore. There’s parking for the boat and trailer and you can drive the boat straight down the drive, exit onto Estuary Road and the boat ramp is a 2 minute drive away.
Nature walks abound, along both the coast and the foreshore of the Peel Estuary. Bring the bikes and enjoy the cycle tracks to the estuary foreshore and enjoy coffee at The Leprechaun Cafe & Takeaway. The Lazy Crab Tavern is a short walk away and there is also a local Thai restaurant.
Situated only 5 minutes from Dawesville and 20 minutes from Mandurah, enjoy the amenities of this terrific locale: from stunning beaches to boutique shops and eateries. There’s plenty of entertainment options for the kids in Mandurah. For golfers, The Cut Golf Course and Country Club is only 5 minutes away. Wineries, breweries and spas are all locally available or 4-wheel driving at White Hills Beach might be right up your alley! What an amazing choice!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
