Overall, this is a cute little tiny house, but we didnât find it to be a practical stay. I didnât realize the internal structure of the house didnât have a staircase inside of it, the only staircase connecting top and bottom floors was an extremely small, windy staircase outside of the building. Since we were there with our 3 young kids, this was a bit of a nightmare since we had no way for our kids to get to us upstairs if they needed us in the middle of the night without going outside. This lead to me sleeping on the 3rd sleeping space in the living room area - the futon. This should not be counted as a sleeping space. This futon was by far the most uncomfortable couch Iâve ever sat on, let alone slept on. It was the worst sleep Iâve ever had. On top of these things, we had a few other random frustrations: the upstairs bathroom door didnât stay closed, the kitchen is barely functional beyond maybe cooking one thing in one pan, there wasnât enough cutlery for the amount of people staying, there wasnât any restocks of garbage bags or paper towels so we ran out of things through our stay, the upstairs door is extremely heavy and was near impossible to close on windy days, the thermostat did not work and we found ourselves frozen every night despite trying to fix all of them multiple times. The views here were gorgeous, the stargazing patio was nice, the proximity to town was nice, but overall I would not recommend this house.
