Clean, nicely laid out, quiet. All furnishings were in great shape, although the foosball table is missing some pieces. Game room pool table and air hockey kept our crew busy. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Master bath very nice, could use a handrail for the tub - beautiful tile walls are very slippery. All as advertised, a nice place.

Upon arriving the code did not work for the property and had to work through that, the grass was about 3ft tall in the front and back yard, the left over sand from previous tenants was still all over back porch, there was no body wash in the provided unit in main bathroom, there was no soap in the dispenser for the kitchen sink, and the foseball table was broken missing men and what not

The game room was nice for little kids, the foosball table was broke but still worked and the q ball was missing for the pool table. Back screen door was broke and the front door knob kept falling off. The house was nice but smaller than expected with only a bed in the rooms. Would have been nice to have a chair and tv in the other rooms. Much farther walk to the beach then expected also.

The Perfect House

It was our first time in this part of town. The facilities were well kept, but the neighborhood was a bit sparse. I loved the entrance ramp. The games provided were welcome.

Family stay in Ocean Shores

We wanted to stay close to the beach and this beautiful house was a block away! It was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and even got some sand castle and beach toys that we left for the next family to use 🙂

They need to work on their check in process, I had to make contact, no email was sent prior. Then the code was incorrect that was given. House is new and clean. But the yard needs to be done. Full of weeds. Location is about ten minutes out of center of town.

Thank you for such a great option to stay at! Our stay was very pleasant. Very clean and up to date. Although the microwave did not work. But, we didn’t end up needing it.

Great house, no beach access

The house was lovely - very clean and well furnished. Super cute. However, we specifically rented this house because the listing said it was within walking distance to the beach (Damon Point). Unfortunately, access to the nearby water is completely closed and will be for the foreseeable future.

Clean and modern with fun game room

As advertised. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds. House was well stocked and game room was fun for all. Property management was easy to interact with and responsive. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Would stay again for sure and highly recommend.

Affordable house

This house is very nice, clean and affordable. There are only a few kitchen nevessities like pots, pans, silverware and cups. Make sure you bring your own baking sheets, spatulas, measuring cups, and coffee cups.

Well designed & appointed house. We had a little hiccup with the WiFi, but Marissa & the owner with a conference call to T-Mobile took care of the issue. Might consider listing the Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen

Great Time at 392

We had a wonderful time at the property. The spacious house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There were so many activities to do for both kids and adults. The backyard is fully fenced so the kids were able to play safely in the back. The pool table, air hockey and foosball kept us all entertained. The house is located 1 minute away from the closes beach and minutes away from restaurants and the town center. There is a bbq grill in the back and a deck where we hung out. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Ocean Shores.
