The property is conveniently situated just a three-minute stroll from Parklands shops for holiday shopping and a great coffee fix. Hickford Park is within walking distance, featuring a velodrome, BMX park, and sports ground. The Mega Valley Shopping Centre is only a six-minute drive away, and Ngamotu Golf Course is a five-minute drive.
