Brand New Bayfront Estate med 4000+ kvm ligger på en verkligt speciell fastighet där ökurvorna ger oöverträffad, panoramautsikt över vatten och solnedgång från alla rum. Det finns 4 master-sviter (1 king size-sovrum, 3 queen-size sovrum) utrustade med W Hotel himmelsängar, designmöbler och platt-tv. Varje svit har ett däck och eget badrum med anpassade fåfängar och stenhuggar. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum med ett anslutande badrum Jack / Jill. På huvudnivån är kockens kök, som öppnar upp till matsalen och det stora rummet med en vägg av glas, och en bifogad skärmad i veranda med utsikt över vattnet. Direkt utanför baksidan av hemmet är pooldeck ... och utöver det finns en privat vikstrand. Viken är mycket lugn och är perfekt för längre bad och vattenaktiviteter. Detta hus har också 2 paddelbrädor, 2 kajaker och solfisk segelbåt tillgängliga för att dra full nytta av viken.

Sunset Park ligger också 1 minuts promenad ut genom ytterdörren. Här hittar du ett djungelgym, vandrings- / cykelleder, basketplan, baseballplan, allt med utsikt över vattnet. Detta hus ligger på den smalaste delen av norra LBI, vilket gör det till en 2 minuters promenad till stranden. Det finns en upplyst korsning som gör att korsa gatan lätt. Det finns också en livräddare på vakt från 9 till 17 på stranden.

A perfect stay!

The house is beautiful and in a great spot right on the bay and a short walk to the beach. It worked out well for our group of eight adults but it’s very well suited for families with young children as well. The house is well appointed and has everything you would need for a great stay. Bonus points for the amazing sunsets.

Great view and location

Love LBI.. the house and its views were fantastic! Wish it had towel service but I guess some rentals don’t provide it in the island. All in all can’t go wrong staying here. It was truly great.

Family vacation

The house and location are wonderful. It has access to the bay out the back door, a park and playground across the street, and a short walk to the beach. It has plenty of space for the family to gather as well as have private time. This was our second year staying in this house.

Wonderful

Amazing property suited for a family vacation. Great location and amenities for both children and adults. Private bay beach and pool is very convenient. Close to stores and restaurants and short walk to Sunset Park. Host responded quickly to any of our concerns. We will rent again. One word of advice all bedding and linen provided but you need to bring your own bath and beach towels.

Beautiful

Great place. It’s on the bay and about 2 minute walk to ocean. Playground next door for kids (far enough away to not affect the house). House is superb. All bedrooms have a full connected bath which is ideal for adult couples or families. And 2 common area half baths. First floor layout is great. Enough room for everyone to get together to eat, play games, just hang. Would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful home in an idyllic location

This was far and away one of the nicest rental properties we have stayed in. The home is beautifully designed and decorated with high-end furnishings and it’s very well appointed. We had a large group but the spacious layout gave everyone ample room. It was also immaculately clean. We had a few minor issues that were addressed promptly and rectified even though it was a holiday weekend. Harvey Cedars is a great spot for a visit to LBI. It’s a little removed from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to restaurants, stores and sites.

Perfection by the bay

This is our second year renting this spectacular home and it was even more beautiful than we remember. All rooms were recently updated and have achieved the perfect mix of modern, cool and beachy. The bedroom suites were well appointed and ideal for our extended family. The magnificent views were the perfect backdrop for our father's 80th birthday celebration. The heated pool, easy access to the ocean and bay, as well as the proximity to Sunset Park made this an amazing getaway for everyone age 7-80.

Beautiful home well maintained with pool on the bay

Loved the property, pool was great for use in between ocean and bay. Home is well laid out for families to do things together and yet have privacy when wanted. We will definitely rent this property again

Fabulous!

We rented this house in July with our 3 children and their families - so a total of 8 adults and 6 children ages almost 2 to 10. It was absolutely perfect in every way! We loved the setting on the bay with a beach right there, the pool, proximity to the beach, the screened porch, the playground in a park right next door, and the spectacular house, which was clean and well-maintained. None of us had ever been to the Jersey Shore before and we all loved Long Beach Island. Would like to return to this house sometime!
