Wonderful stay

We stayed here for the boat show. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the dock in the evening enjoying the beautiful Florida weather and watching the boats.

Clean and Great Location!

We had a great time here! Stayed for our honeymoon before we got on our cruise and it was clean and cute! It was also a great location, it was walking distance to the beach and the little bars by the beach which was a plus! The contact person was quick to respond as well! Will definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment!

Very clean, roomy apartment in a wonderful location, just one block from the ocean. Super comfortable bed; bright, airy, well-appointed kitchen. The building is quiet, with a nice pool and a large back deck on which to enjoy the sunsets over the Intracoastal. The deck is also a welcome alternative on those very windy days at the ocean. Rick, the host, is very responsive, accommodating, and attentive. We highly recommend his apartment.

Quiet yet convenient. Super host!

Quiet location yet only short walk to the beach and restaurants. I really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck on the intracoastal waterway in the evening. Great water pressure in the shower! Clear directions and expectations were provided by the host in advance.There was an issue with the TVs but I didn’t mind because I wasn’t there to watch tv. I only mention that to give credit to the host’s communication and responsiveness to a potential problem. They took the time to FaceTime with me and attempt to troubleshoot.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was great-the unit was very spacious and clean. Right on the waterway, with easy walking to restaurants and the beach-easy access to all water saline! All basics provided, including a Keurig for caffeine. It was quiet, and easy to fall into a routine. Thank you Evolve for a stay that was truly serene!

Great location!

The property is nestled between ocean and middle river. Easy walk to the beach and most inviting change of scenery at the river. Perfect spot for wine and cheese. The apartment is clean and well appointed, and the WiFi works great both inside the unit and outside at the pool. This spot is perfect for a couple needing a little Florida sunshine!

Very nice

I stayed six nights and it was very comfortable and incredibly quiet especially during spring break. Neighbors were friendly, pool and outdoor areas clean and maintained. Nice to relax on the river dock with an umbrella and watch the yachts go by. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and a short drive to the grocer and mall. The only downside was a small parking area.

Outstanding Location

We absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect for walking to the beach and beachside restaurants. The unit is remodeled wonderfully and is impeccably clean. The bathroom amenities and basic kitchen and bathroom items met our needs so well we did not even need a trip to Publix for our 5-night stay. The real bonus to this property is the location on the intercoastal! Sitting quietly on the provided chairs down at the dock and watching the sunset was a perfect setting. What a treat! The owner/host quickly responded to our few questions and provided all the necessary information to make our stay effortless. I will stay here again soon!
