Other Things to Note:
The location of the property is conveniently close to the I-40 highway, which is easily accessible from University Heights Dr. It's worth noting that some ambient noise from the highway can be heard at times, but we have taken measures to minimize any potential disturbance, including the use of sound-dampening materials throughout the home.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
