The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Perfection!

Couldn't have asked for more from a Condo. 3 beautiful bedrooms , 3 clean and beautiful full bathrooms. Massive balcony with a beautiful view. When we come back to Winter Park, we will seek this specific unit out again to call our home for a week!

Beautiful comfy home walking distance to town and shuttle

We loved our stay at Timber Fox! The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we could need. I particularly appreciated the ample supply of dishwashing and laundry detergent, so convenient for a 5 night stay. The shuttle to the ski fields was less than a 5 minute walk, as was many great restaurants. My kids really loved the sleds that are available at the playground for an impromptu sled session!

Timber Fox Condo 2202

Timber Fox 2202 is as luxurious as described! From the minute we walked in the door we were in awe of the beauty of this Condo and the view from one of the master bedrooms. They have spared no detail in the set up of this home. If you are like me and need a fan to sleep they have you covered. They also have multiple humidifiers in the home for your use. The beds in the home feel like sleeping on a cloud and they have very large tv's in each bedroom as well. They have the kitchen well stocked with things you would need to cook including an AirFryer, toaster oven and a big coffee pot! The location is awesome & a short drive to the slopes in Winter Park & only about 25 minutes from Grandby Ranch ski resort. It's also very close to the Safeway grocery store if you want to cook or even grill on the large deck that also overlooks the communal hot tub. They have a parking garage under the Condos so your vehicle doesn't get covered in snow. The community hot tub is huge and a short walk from this unit. This place is top of the line & well appointed! You need to see it for yourself to appreciate its luxury! From check in to check out it was a smooth process! The management company was very helpful & made this process easy!

Stay at timber fox

We had a great stay at timber fox. The condo was perfect, well taken care of and a great location. I do wish there would have been more condiments for use since we were only stay a few days and didn't want to buy a large amount of items. But the hot tub was great, the view couldn't be beat, parking was easy, and you could walk to stores and restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This clean 3-bedroom gem checked all the boxes. The modern appliances were a standout, and the hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. The heated garage was a convenient bonus. Its proximity to top locations made exploring a breeze. Overall, a highly recommended place for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.
