The Space:

Indoors, the gentle warmth of the fireplace creates a welcoming contrast to the cool Whistler season, inviting you to settle in after time spent on nearby slopes and snowy trails. Evenings bring a calming stillness, best enjoyed from the deck as the lake reflects the fading winter sky.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level offers three bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and private deck facing the lake. Its ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub framed by mountain views, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom includes a flexible king-split configuration and its own walk-out deck. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and ample natural light. A second bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo serves this floor, along with a powder room on the main level for added convenience.



Living spaces

The open-concept lounge is centered around vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that draw in lake and mountain views. During the colder months, the indoor fireplace becomes a natural gathering spot for warming up after skiing or exploring the Valley Trail. Retractable glass doors connect the lounge to the spacious deck, where a gas fireplace provides a cozy outdoor backdrop even in winter.



Kitchen & dining

The chef’s kitchen includes a 10-foot island, 5-burner gas cooktop, and high-end appliances. You’ll find plenty of room to prepare meals together, with a dining area that seats eight and additional island seating for three. The space is designed for easy flow between cooking, dining, and relaxing.



Outdoor living

Set just above Lakeside Park with direct access to the Valley Trail, the townhouse keeps you close to Whistler’s winter activities while offering a peaceful lakeside setting. The outdoor fireplace on the deck creates a comfortable place to unwind in the cold season, whether you’re returning from the Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts or enjoying a quiet evening overlooking the water.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
