Desert Haven is a splendid 1,812 sq foot villa comprising 4 bedrooms (with the 4th bedroom as an unenclosed loft) and 3.5 bathrooms. This luxury retreat is adorned with all the desired upgrades, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious layout and two outdoor spaces provide stunning views of Snow Canyon and the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, offering a serene escape surrounded by natural beauty.

The Ledges of St. George, where Desert Haven is situated, is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Within minutes, you'll discover an array of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, as well as renowned rock climbing and rappelling opportunities. The area showcases breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that envelop The Ledges.

Hot Tub service needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks for the stay. My only complaint/suggestion would be that the hot tub might not be operating as it should. We couldn't get it to be warmer than 93 degrees and there is soooo much chemicals in it that our skin was very dry itchy as well as are bathing suits ruined from being bleached after just one 30 min use time. Was regular bleach in it? It's a bit inconvenient to have to buy new bathing suits. I hope the hot tub can be serviced properly for the next guests!

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Quiet

The home is on a main road but is very quiet and clean. The kitchen was stocked with a bunch of basics that are a pain to buy when on a short trip (thank you!). There was an option to have the kitchen stocked with groceries before you arrive which is nice given everything is at least 10 min away. The backyard area had a hot tub that overlooks the golf course. There was plenty of room to explore and a walking path for public use. The Ledges offered e-bike rentals, golf tee times, swimming pools and pickleball courts. There was plenty to do and very little "I'm bored" time. The upstairs had plenty of beds and a fun gaming corner. The bathrooms were large and clean, stocked with plenty of towels and the nicest shampoo/conditioner I've ever used in a VRBO. All communication was quick and clear. I even received a text reminder to put the garbage cans out on garbage day which I appreciated. The only downside was the parking. The garage is on the smaller side, an SUV or truck would not fit inside. You can park in the driveway or in nearby overflow parking but there is not street parking. The driveway can hold one vehicle. Overall a wonderful stay. It was a bit more than I usually pay for a weekend trip, but the cost was completely justified. I very much appreciated the reasonable cleaning requests at checkout. Simple, easy, quick. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The private hot tub was also clean, hot, and our family loved it. We were disappointed that one of the public pools was under construction so we went to the other one. It was supposed to be heated but it seemed very cold to us. Could not stay in it long. The public hot tub looked terrible. The water was murky. In fact, security received a complaint about it and came to take a picture of it while we were there. Other than that, it was great.
