Maya's on Morses, close to town!
A beautiful family home located a short stroll from the centre of town. WIFI is included as well as a Smart TV in the lounge area and plenty of games and puzzles to entertain the kids for days! The back of the property backs on the Morses Creek and at the end of the Court is a path which leads you straight into the centre of town.
*Please note that whilst you are the only occupant of the house, only the bottom floor is open for use *

Modern and open plan with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is situated at the back of the house, with dining opposite & an 8 seater dining table making this space perfect for entertaining with friends and family. The kitchen is packed with everything you need from a weekend getaway to a longer stay. Dishwasher, gas cooktop and large family sized fridge.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Open plan dining and loungeroom with ample seating positions for everyone. Plenty of board games and puzzles for all the family to enjoy. A large Smart TV, WIFI & a Bluetooth speaker are available for when the weather says stay inside, or for the evening.
HEATING & COOLING
Ducted heating and cooling throughout the property with keep you warm or cool depending on the season.
BATHROOM
Modern bathroom with bathtub for the kids with a separate shower, vanity and a separate toilet space.
OUTDOORS
Spacious secure backyard with a stunning undercover outdoor dining area with an open fireplace for your enjoyment. BBQ and seating for the entire family.
PET POLICY
This property is pet friendly for small dogs only (backyard has only a small fence)
LAUNDRY
Separate laundry situated off the bathroom with a top loader washing machine and basin. Dryer is located in the garage and clothesline out the side.
PARKING & STORAGE
Single car lockable garage with space bikes, there is also a ping pong table and a trolley for picnics by the river for your use. There are 2 parking spaces located on either side of the property.
