Value 1-bedroom Apartment in Thredbo Village
This is a bright and airy value-priced apartment with a sizeable balcony. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. This apartment is fully self-contained. Apartment has Wi-Fi.
FACILITIES: The apartment features a cozy living area with flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Appliances include: fridge, stove, oven, grill, microwave and a dishwasher. The apartment has one bathroom with shower (no bathtub). There is a combined washing machine & clothes dryer. The apartment has both electric and gas heating.
PARKING: No parking here, but Thredbo’s huge free overnight car parks are only 750 metres away. You can easily load/unload on the street (there are some stairs to get to the apartment) move your car & then use the free shuttle bus to get back from the carpark.
BEDS: Max 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 small children. One Double bed in the bedroom plus a narrow fold-out single bed which may not suit large or tall adults. The sofa in the living room can fit a small child as well (its literally a sofa not a sofa bed).
SECURITY BOND: Before check in we require a $500 security bond - this is usually a credit card pre-authorisation (not a charge). Its possible to do this via HomeAway(Stayz) but they will charge your card and then later refund it which is not the right way to do it.
SNOW-SEASON ACCOMMODATION DATES: The full 2023 snow season runs from 10th June – 2nd October the first night being Fri 9th June

--- The best value days of the week to book for are always for 5-nights arriving on any Sunday.
--- Weekends Fri+Sat nights are pricey by comparison.
--- We can rarely offer a Sat arrival or departure.
