If your arrival or departure is outside these times, we will contact the convenience store to leave the keys out for you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. GETTING AROUND
You're in the centre of town so a car is not required however there is a paid car park next door to the complex if needed.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
